Open an email draft This opens your email application. Send the email there; opening the draft does not submit a message to DataVault.

Privacy reports and transaction problems

Use the subject ā€œDataVault privacy reportā€ or ā€œDataVault purchase problemā€ so the request can be identified. We may ask for identity verification before disclosing account information. Do not assume a message has been received until you have actually sent it. Response times are not guaranteed.
