The current auction platform fee is 5%. A $1,000 completed sale allocates $950 to the seller before any applicable account, payout or tax costs. There are no listing fees or monthly charges. Seller payouts currently support eligible US businesses.

Your data is processed over HTTPS by DataVault and Google Gemini, then the cleaned CSV is encrypted with AES-256 for storage. DataVault retains the key for authorized buyer delivery. Review every record before listing; automatic redaction can miss identifiers.

Open English auction — you can see the current top bid and outbid it by at least $10 (or 5%, whichever is more). Bids are binding.

The highest valid funded bid meeting the reserve is selected automatically after the auction ends, or the seller can accept it earlier. Automatic settlement runs hourly and normally completes within one hour after bidding closes; payment checks or outages can cause longer delays. After payment completes, download your purchase from the buyer dashboard.

If the top bid is below the seller's reserve, the auction closes without a sale. Your card is not charged.

The browser first sends plaintext over HTTPS for cleaning. The accepted normalized table is sent to Google Gemini for review. After further redaction and your review, the browser encrypts the result with AES-256-GCM. DataVault verifies the processed result and retains keys for controlled delivery.

Approved listings can show your business name, industry and general location. Verification documents and account contact details are not public. Do not put personal or confidential information in public listing fields.

We require one official business document (business license, EIN letter, or utility bill). An authorized reviewer checks it before publication. This checks the business submission, not dataset ownership, quality or anonymity. Stripe verification is separate. Review timing is not guaranteed; check your dashboard.

Yes, the service processes plaintext during cleaning and receipt verification, and retains decryption keys for authorized delivery. Google Gemini reviews the normalized table. This is not zero-knowledge encryption. Automated redaction is imperfect: remove prohibited information before upload and review the full cleaned result.

Supported credit and debit cards through Stripe. The current checkout uses card payments.
