Individuals and sole proprietors can sell here; an LLC is not required. Upload one official document identifying you and your business activity, such as a business license, business tax document, EIN letter if you have one, or utility bill with your business name. An authorized reviewer must approve it before your datasets become public.
This is separate from Stripe identity and payout verification. A filing-payment receipt alone is not proof of an approved registration. Redact Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and unrelated financial details; keep the information needed to identify the business. Documents are private and are not shown to buyers.
